Site Amenities
We know how it gets.
Boots dragging mud everywhere, high-traffic amenities, debris here and there. Ongoing cleaning of site sheds — offices, lunch rooms, toilets, change rooms and first aid rooms. Scheduled around your site hours and access requirements.
Initial cleans
The main detailed post-construction clean, once trades are finished. Removes construction dust, labels, paint and silicone marks and general residue throughout, and details all rooms, wet areas, kitchen, joinery, fixtures, floors and glazing.
Final cleans
A lighter clean after defects and before handover — re-cleans anything disturbed by finishing trades since the initial clean, clears settled dust, and re-cleans wet areas and kitchen. This is the presentation clean before client handover.

EVT's construction team is trained against the standards a construction engineer uses to inspect to — what practical completion requires, what separates a genuine defect from a cleaning issue, what finishes need at each stage. The team doesn't guess at these things. They've been taught them.
Our construction cleaners are a separate team from our commercial cleaners, trained specifically for construction environments. Site work isn't office work, and the team that does it is purpose-built for the job.
Every cleaner on the construction team holds a White Card, arrives with full site-standard PPE, and is prepared to complete your site-specific induction before starting work. They understand trade coordination, program pressure, and how to work around active trades.
Commercial and construction cleaning are different jobs with different requirements, and so are the initial and final clean. EVT specifies equipment and chemicals per scope - construction-grade wet/dry vacuums for debris clearance, acids where the residue calls for them, ph-neutral chemicals through the final clean.
