EVT Cleaning was built by a construction engineer who spent ten years on major Sydney building sites — running inspections, managing trades, and getting buildings ready for practical completion. The same eye that used to close out defect lists now runs the cleans: held to a standard that came from somewhere serious.

I started this business because after a decade of helping other people build things, I wanted to build something of my own. Becoming a mother was the moment I knew it was time — not to slow down, just to change direction. So I hired a team, trained them against the standards I used to inspect to, and got to work.

We're based in the Sutherland Shire — I've lived here for nearly ten years — and we service offices and construction sites across Sydney. Every clean is photo-verified. Every team member is trained personally. And every client gets the same thing: work that's been checked, not just done.
